• Returns are accepted within 30 days of product delivery.

• The returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

• Personalized/customized pet products, perishable pet supplies, and hygiene-related products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

3. Non-refundable Items

• Used or opened pet food, treats, and grooming products

• Clearance or discounted pet items

• Items returned after the 30-day return window
